Think thick, creamy, chocolate & banana flavoured oats topped with a light & fluffy protein yoghurt whip 🤤 It is one of our most viewed recipe videos on social media for a reason! Great for a busy morning on the go without sacrificing important macronutrients to keep you fuelled through your day. 


Overnight Oats ingredients; 

  • ½ cup rolled oats 
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cacao 
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar 
  • ½ mashed banana

Rad Protein Whip;


Banana slices for garnish


Method;
Simply mix together all ingredients for your overnight oats into a jar & leave covered in the fridge to set overnight. 

The next morning, retrieve your oats from the fridge & place your banana slices against the inside of the jar for a beautiful looking parfait vibe.

Proceed to make your Rad Protein whip; Pour your yoghurt into a small bowl & mix through your Rad Protein until you reach a smooth & a whipped like consistency. 

Dollop this into your jar, on top of your overnight oats. 

Garish with coconut sugar sprinkle.
