As I approach my 40th birthday, I've been reflecting on how I take care of my body—especially as someone managing gut issues and multiple autoimmune conditions. I wanted to try something simple, nourishing, and consistent. That’s how my 30-day greens challenge started.
Why I Did It
I knew I needed something to support my digestion, immune system, and even my skin. After hearing so many people rave about our Rad Greens powder, it was time to get serious about prioritising my health and wellbeing. My goal? A glass of Rad Greens on an empty stomach every morning for 30 days.
My Routine
Every morning, before coffee or breakfast (hard to do I know!), I mixed up a glass of Rad Greens. Some days I added it to a smoothie for variety, and at one point I even got creative and turned it into a face mask (just you wait for this one!). It became a little ritual—one that grounded me at the start of my day.
What Happened
Right away, I noticed a major reduction in bloating. Normally I experience IBS flare-ups every couple of days, but during this challenge? Not one. That alone felt like a breakthrough.
One challenge came when I travelled to visit family—we all know being out of routine can easily derail good habits. That's where sample sizes of Rad Greens saved me, easy to pop into my bag (rather than a massive tub) and it helped me stay consistent. By the end of the 30 days, this habit felt second nature.
Beyond the gut benefits, something unexpected happened: people started commenting on my skin. Friends told me I was glowing—a compliment I rarely got before this challenge. And internally, I felt lighter, more mentally clear, and proud of myself for sticking with something that felt good.

Even though the 30 days are up, I’m still taking Rad Greens every day. It’s part of my wellness toolkit now, and I can’t imagine starting my morning without it.

Green Goddess Smoothie
- 2 tbsp Rad Protein Vanilla Bean
- 1 tsp Rad Greens powder
- 3/4 cup frozen Mango
- 1 large handful of Spinach
- 1/2 an Avocado
- 1 small handful of Parsley (I promise you won't taste it!)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1.5 cups of Milk of your choice (or you could replace with coconut water)
- A handful of ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
I highly recommend trying your own 30-day greens challenge, especially if you struggle with gut health. It might just change your mornings—and your skin—like it did for me.
