I love using this product right before bed. My sleep wasn’t that bad to begin with - so not sure if it would help with insomnia/chronic sleep concerns. Found my recent pots had a lot of large white powdery clumps. Had to go through and break these up otherwise it would result in lumps at the bottom of my cup. Just wish the refill product was cheaper/more economical (currently cost the same as this tin).

Delicious end to my day. I added full cream milk instead of plant based. Slept deep the 1st night and a little restless the next night. I do think it seems to relax me before bed though. Definitely worth a try.

Real Rad Sleep - what can I say, AMAZING!! My partner and I have been substituting out dessert each night for a mug of real rad hot choc and not only does it taste exactly like a barista hot choc, we have been having great quality sleep and feel like we are starting our days much more refreshed thanks to this product. I have been struggling with insomnia since my pregnancy. Even with bub now sleeping through and 9 months old, I was waking at 3-4am for a couple of hours and sometimes unable to go back to sleep at all. I had no issues getting to sleep but was always waking in the early hours. I have tried so many things magnesium, limiting caffeine, sleepy teas you name it and not had any luck. I bought the Rad Sleep after reading the other reviews and thought I had nothing to lose. The first night I slept the whole night - no early waking! I thought maybe a one off but it has now been 3 consecutive nights of full, unbroken sleep and I feel so much better - this will be an essential in my night time routine now forever!

As a working Mum of two, with anxiety and a brain that never switches of sleep has always been a struggle. I'm an absolutely terrible sleeper and suffer from sleep anxiety. I've been working really hard to put myself in the best position to get a good night's sleep and saw that Rad Sleep has theanine, which has been recommended to me, so thought I'd give it a try. Although I've also been trying other practices along with it, I really think Rad Sleep has made a difference to my sleep! I usually take a very long time to get to sleep and wake up 4-5 times a night. Since taking Rad Sleep I've been waking up only 1-2 times most nights, and have even had a few nights without waking up at all! I also feel it helps me to feel drowsy and wind down, making me calmer and more relaxed even if it does take a while to get to sleep. I highly recommend giving it a go.

I can 100% confirm that on the nights I have Rad Sleep I genuinely sleep like a log! I have the deepest sleeps and I don’t wake up feeling groggy/heavy and exhausted in the morning like I used to sometimes. It does make my head and eyes feeling a little heavy after about 15-20 mins but now I’m used to it and I fall asleep so quickly because of it! In terms of the taste, it’s definitely not sweet and I have a huge sweet tooth which took a little getting used to but now I love it!!! I’ve started recommending Rad Sleep to everyone

Love my Real Rad Food sleep supplement in the evenings. My Nespresso milk warmer/frother is also the ideal accessory for heating the almond milk! I don't normally drink hot chocolate or anything but I'm finding this to be super comforting at bedtime and even look forward to it throughout the day. I can feel my body getting ready for sleep as I drink it while I read (sometimes I take a while and it gets cold but it still tastes great). My cat occasionally likes to meow in my face if I'm sleeping when she wants attention, and the other day it didn't even wake me up! Also, it tastes even better with choc flavoured oat milk.
