I literally recommend this product to everyone! Absolutely love it, although its very good for you it satisfies the sweet treat cravings at night which I love, as it tastes so good! Absolutely love this hot choc. So rich and flavourful. I do not like really sweet drinks so this is perfect. Helps me sleep. Sometimes if I have bad insomnia I'll have another one during the morning or night amd about half an hour later I'm calm enough to go back to sleep
