Nation-wide delivery of Raw Balls & Slices

$5 nation wide delivery

Orders will be processed within 24 hours and you can expect to receive the product 3 business days after placing your order. However, this is not guaranteed.  Please use the calendar at the online checkout to select a dispatch date. 

We dispatch orders on Monday & Wednesday. If you order after Wednesday 3pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday to ensure they arrive to you as fresh as possible.

Please note that our Raw Cakes are sent via frozen freight to commercial address' only. The frozen freight service that we use does not travel through residential areas so will not service a home address. 

Feel free to use your work, play centre, or local cafe address if organised prior to delivery. If you can’t think of an appropriate address, get in touch and we will see what we can do to help!

We will be open Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 3.30pm for pick ups.

T's & C's

All orders placed on our website, are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we do not accept the order (which is rare) we will let you know why and refund the cancelled order promptly. 

We use PayPal as our online payment system and rely on PayPal to keep your financial information secure. Your credit card information is not stored or captured at any time on our website or by us. 

All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. 

All accepted orders, will be shipped via NZ Post within New Zealand only. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

We ensure that your order leaves our kitchen with sufficient packaging.  You understand that where parcels are damaged, lost or delayed during the delivery process this is not our fault and we will not be responsible for providing a replacement order. Any issues with the quality of your order will be dealt with on a case by case basis, upon notification to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

All accepted orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns. We ship orders based on the order submitted, so make sure you check your order details and address. 

Real Rad Food treats last 7 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer once they arrive with you. Best stored in a sealed container.

You agree that you are purchasing the products for your personal use only, and not for purposes of trade or business.   If you wish to purchase goods for the purposes of trade or business, please contact us. 

You authorise us, or our agents, to access, collect retain and use any information about you obtained from your access to this website (“your information”) for purposes of: marketing, providing products on our website and contacting you about your order. You shall have the right to request a copy of your information from us, and request that we correct any incorrect information held.
