FREE shipping on NZ orders over $130

Orders are dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Please use the calendar at the online checkout if you wish to select a dispatch date in the future. Please note: This is the date that it will be dispatched from our factory. We are unable to select when your package will be delivered. When selecting a future dispatch date, please be aware we require up to three business days to process your order before it can be shipped.

Orders are sent via NZ Post and you should allow up to three days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email to receive your order. Please note that if you redirect your frozen package, you run the risk of extending the delivery time, this may cause the package to perish and you agree that we will not be held responsible for this.

If you have selected local pickup, please allow up to three working days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection. The email will detail the days and times available for pickups. If you haven't received an email within 4 working days, please email us at hello@realradfood.co.nz with your order number.  Orders are to be collected from Real Rad HQ, Unit 3, 4 Ashley Place, Papamoa.

All accepted orders, will be shipped via NZ Post within New Zealand only. Although, we endeavour to get your products to you overnight, factors out of our control (such as delays with our shipping partners) occasionally happen. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery once you receive your tracking details. This will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please put your slices into the fridge or freezer as soon as possible & enjoy once chilled.

We ensure that your order leaves our kitchen with sufficient packaging.  You understand that where parcels are damaged, lost or delayed during the delivery process this is not our fault and we will not be responsible for providing a replacement order. Any issues with the quality of your order will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, upon notification to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

Freight prices may increase if you add multiple different products to your cart.

Orders over 2kg will be $14.95 for North Island and $20.95 for South Island shipping.

Rest of world: starts at  $77.02

 Actual shipping cost will be based on weight and calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to ship our frozen products internationally.

T's & C's

All orders placed on our website, are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we do not accept the order (which is rare) we will let you know why and refund the cancelled order promptly. 

We use Stripe as our online payment system and rely on Stripe to keep your financial information secure. Your credit card information is not stored or captured at any time on our website or by us. To learn more, please see our privacy policy.

All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. 

All accepted orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns. We ship orders based on the order submitted, so make sure you check your order details and address. If you have a missing item or received a faulty product, you must notify us on hello@realradfood.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence of faulty products.

Real Rad Food treats last 7 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer once they arrive with you. Best stored in a sealed container. Each slice ranges in size from 69g to 90g on average.

You agree that you are purchasing the products for your personal use only, and not for purposes of trade or business.   If you wish to purchase goods for the purposes of trade or business, please contact us on hello@realradfood.co.nz. 
 
Discount codes, sale and promotion prices cannot be used in conjunction with each other, with subscriptions or where a product has already been discounted (ie. bundles, sales, promotions).
