Rad sleep helps me relax which eventually helps me go to sleep. I like it since it is not that sweet. Just have the right sweetness and chocolate taste.
As a working Mum of two, with anxiety and a brain that never switches of sleep has always been a struggle. Medications leave me feeling unlike myself so I thought as a last attempt I’d give this a try. I feel I’m getting emotional writing this as it actually worked. I’ve never had the level of deep sleep or sleep consistency I’m now getting since having my oldest child almost 10 years ago. If you have been in doubt I highly recommend giving it a try. I'm an absolutely terrible sleeper and suffer from sleep anxiety. I've been working really hard to put myself in the best position to get a good night's sleep and saw that Rad Sleep has theanine, which has been recommended to me, so thought I'd give it a try. Although I've also been trying other practices along with it, I really think Rad Sleep has made a difference to my sleep! I usually take a very long time to get to sleep and wake up 4-5 times a night. Since taking Rad Sleep I've been waking up only 1-2 times most nights, and have even had a few nights without waking up at all! I also feel it helps me to feel drowsy and wind down, making me calmer and more relaxed even if it does take a while to get to sleep. I highly recommend giving it a go.

Love my Real Rad Food sleep supplement in the evenings. My Nespresso milk warmer/frother is also the ideal accessory for heating the almond milk! I swear I sleep better on the nights I have this so it has now become a regular thing. It took a little while to get used to the flavour as I was a milo and milk girl but wouldn't look back now. Rad Sleep is an absolute household essential 🙌 it’s one of the few, natural, affordable sleep supplements that helps with falling asleep and staying asleep. 😴 I didn’t realise the full extent of how much it helped improve my sleep until I ran out (only let that happen once) and now make sure there’s at least 1 backup in the cupboard. It’s a super subtle caramel chocolate flavour that’s easy to make a nightly routine around. I track my sleep stats on my watch and saw massive improvement immediately. Literally could not recommend Rad Sleep enough it’s a 12/10 👏

Our son is neurodiverse and has struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember. He has been on prescription Melatonin for approximately 5 years and we recently started him on L-Theanine. After reading some studies on the negative impact supplementing Melatonin can have, I was desperate to find an alternative. We had tried tart cherry to no avail and had to resume the Melatonin. We'd try and give him a break every few months but he would be up till midnight, distressed because he couldn't sleep. So, we'd always come back to Melatonin. Until about 2 weeks ago..... I've followed Hannah for some time and love her slices and rad balls, and have used the protein powder. I honestly did not think that this hot chocolate would work. Our son has been off all Melatonin for a week. He is falling asleep easier and most mornings he is waking later. We add 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar though as he did find the flavor a little bland. Honestly, it's been a miracle. Am so glad I took the punt and tried it.

Holy heck this works! Usually I'm pretty skeptical of things which claim to help give a good night sleep... but on the nights that I've taken this I've slept so well! Most nights I'm woken by either hubby's snoring... the cat.. or bubs moving through her sleep cycles.. so this is a definite win!
