Ingredients:
Birthday Cake Rad Ball Mix
~100mls coconut cream
Wahiki vanilla icecream
Solomon's Gold Dark Mylk Caramel Chocolate
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180C regular bake.
Combine your Rad Ball Mix and coconut cream until it forms a dough.
Turn your muffin pan upside down (don't forget to grease it too!) and spread your dough onto the upturned pans.
Bake in the oven for 10-12mins.
Let cool completely before GENTLY attempting to take them off. Rather than prying them off, we had better success in twisting them.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 10sec bursts.
Once cups have cooled, fill with a scoop of icecream and drizzle over melted chocolate.
