Can I take your supplements if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Many pregnant and breastfeeding mamas enjoy our range. However, our Rad Protein, Rad Sleep and Rad Greens are all classed as a dietary supplement and we recommend seeking advice from your health provider before consuming.

 

Will my slices arrive fully frozen?

We use a combination of wool-cool packaging and an ice brick to keep your slices insulated so they arrive to you overnight as fresh as possible. However, naturally, there will be some thawing by the time they reach you. Just pop them into your fridge or freezer as soon as you receive them.

 

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products are all dairy and gluten-free (except for Rad Mama which contains gluten in the form of oats). Most are also soy and refined sugar-free. Some products in our range (such as Slices and Rad Ball Mixes) do contain tree nuts and/or peanuts.

I future-dated my order but have already received a shipping notification email.

When we print your shipping label, the system automatically notifies you. Rest assured that we have put your order aside to be shipped on your chosen date.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all our products (except those that are frozen) internationally. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a point of sale/shop front at our factory. We prefer to ship your order. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, collection from our factory is on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us if you would like to collect and we will see what we can do.

My order still hasn’t arrived/tracking isn’t working

Our frozen products should arrive with you overnight. However, circumstances out of our control (such as delays with our shipping partner) occasionally occur so please allow up to 3 days for delivery. For ambient products, please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. If you are still waiting after this, please send us an email at hello@realradfood.co.nz with your order number so we can investigate.
