Our go-to porridge recipe for the creamiest oats around. With 25g of protein and hormone-loving herbs in every serve, there really is no better way to start the day.
- 1/2c Otis oat milk
- 1/2c water
- 3 heaped TBS Bluefrog Breakfast Probiotic Porridge
- 2 TBS Rad Protein
- 1/2 banana
- 1tsp coconut sugar
- Combine oat milk, water, porridge and protein in a small pot and whisk over a medium heat until porridge is cooked.
- Slice banana lengthways and fry in a small amount of butter or oil until caramelised.
- Pour cooked porridge into a bowl, top with banana and sprinkle over coconut sugar.
