Probiotic Protein Porridge

Our go-to porridge recipe for the creamiest oats around. With 25g of protein and hormone-loving herbs in every serve, there really is no better way to start the day.


  • 1/2c Otis oat milk
  • 1/2c water
  • 3 heaped TBS Bluefrog Breakfast Probiotic Porridge 
  • 2 TBS Rad Protein
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1tsp coconut sugar


  1. Combine oat milk, water, porridge and protein in a small pot and whisk over a medium heat until porridge is cooked.
  2. Slice banana lengthways and fry in a small amount of butter or oil until caramelised. 
  3. Pour cooked porridge into a bowl, top with banana and sprinkle over coconut sugar.
  4. Enjoy!
