Packed with wholesome ingredients like Rad Mama oats, Rad Protein, Fix & Fogg peanut butter, and a sprinkling of cinnamon magic, these baked oats are your ticket to a nutritious and delicious breakfast that's got it all. So, whether you're kick-starting your day or treating yourself to a midday snack, let's whip up this bowl of radness together. 

 

You will need (makes one serve)

1/2 cup Rad Mama

1 tbsp Rad Protein Chocolate Ganache

1 ripe banana

1/4 cup + 4 tbsp milk of your choice (we love Otis!)

1 tbsp rice malt syrup

1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp Fix & Fogg smooth peanut butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (optional)

To make

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. In a blender, combine ingredients except chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a greased ramekin and sprinkle over chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
